Position Overview

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing, coordinating, and executing our marketing strategies across social media platforms. You will be the main point of contact for all marketing efforts and will collaborate with various teams to ensure our services are communicated effectively to our target audience.

This position includes planning events that enhance visibility and drive engagement, like golf outings and charitable partnerships. Success in this role comes from being idea-driven, detail-oriented, well-connected within the community and eager to build connections through networking .

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with our marketing team and Avarga's project management staff to coordinate and manage social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), blogs, newsletters, and other marketing initiatives
  • Use HubSpot to help create and optimize email marketing campaigns, manage lead nurturing processes, and track performance
  • Coordinate with our social media team to create engaging posts, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goal
  • Work with our social media team maintain a positive online community presence
  • Ensure that all communications reflect the company's values and messaging our target audience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Social Media, Business Development, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to create engaging, high-quality content tailored to the target audience
  • Passionate about digital marketing trends and continuously seeking new ways to engage audiences
  • A team player who is motivated, results-driven, and eager to grow professionally
  • Experience managing social media accounts and marketing platforms helpful
  • Microsoft Office and general computer fluency
  • Knowledge of HubSpot helpful
