Built in 1925 and designed by the Bethlehem Engineering Corporation, this historic, 17-story, Actor’s Equity Building, located in the heart of Times Square, is now home to prestigious offices and retail spaces.

A designated Landmark Building, 1560 Broadway underwent major redevelopment in 2014 and was connected to the neighboring landmarked I. Miller Building by architects Rosen and Johnson.

Avarga was called upon to restore the beauty and integrity of the building’s masonry and expedite inspections.
