Scope of Work

A structured, multi-stage approach to ensure thorough and durable repairs:

1. Safety Shoring Installation

We initiated the project by installing shoring in critical areas to provide essential structural support and ensure a safe work environment throughout the repair process.

2. Assessment and Demolition

After identifying areas with extensive steel corrosion, we conducted sounding to detect compromised sections and proceeded with the demolition of damaged slabs. This phase focused on removing deteriorated materials to prepare for reinforcement.

3. Steel Reinforcement and Replacement

In sections where corrosion had compromised the steel, we reinforced and replaced steel beams as needed. This step involved meticulous alignment and installation to restore the structural integrity of the affected areas.

4. Concrete Repairs (topside and underside)

Repairs included both the topside and underside of slabs spanning from the 1st to the 7th floor. We set up shoring, formwork, and rebar to support the new concrete slab installations, addressing structural issues across multiple levels.

5. Concrete Pour and Structural Finishing

With formwork and rebar securely in place, we poured new concrete slabs, ensuring a strong and stable foundation. This was followed by applying traffic coating to protect the concrete from wear and provide a durable finish.

6. Fireproofing Application

Finally, we applied a two-hour spray fireproofing to exposed steel members, enhancing fire resistance and compliance with safety standards.
