David’s business career spans many years as a financial executive in the apparel, consumer product distribution, education, and construction Industries. His specialties are financial analysis, credit, sales and marketing management.

Kenia joined Avarga in 2017, managing vendor agreements, overseeing financial transactions, and handling accounts payable processes. Her exceptional skills and dedication have propelled her to her current role as Assistant Chief Financial Officer.

Rafael developed our sophisticated site reporting protocols and regularly fine-tunes application methods. His emphasis on efficiencies puts Avarga’s quality control at the very top of the industry.

Nooreddin has more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry. He’s a specialist in project management relating to infrastructure development and construction projects. Nooreddin’s expertise has reduced costs and improved production, allowing Avarga to complete projects ahead of schedule and below budget.

Alejandra supports Nooreddin by performing quantity takeoffs, gathering cost data, and preparing detailed construction project estimates. She coordinates suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure accurate pricing, assist in bid preparation, and maintain organized project documentation.
